Project Coordinator – Citrix / VDI Optimisation

Location: London (Hybrid)
Duration: Initial 6-Month Contract

We're looking for an organised Project Coordinator to support a large-scale Citrix optimisation and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) programme within a leading financial services organisation.

This isn't a hands-on Citrix engineering role. Instead, you'll play a key part in coordinating the successful delivery of the programme, working closely with technical teams, project managers and operational stakeholders to ensure requests, issues and actions are managed efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage the programme mailbox, triaging and coordinating incoming requests.
• Act as the central point of coordination between technical teams, project stakeholders and business users.
• Track actions, risks and issues, ensuring they are followed through to completion.
• Coordinate meetings, project updates and governance activities.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers and reporting.
• Support the Head of Operations with day-to-day coordination across the programme.
• Escalate blockers and ensure project milestones remain on track.

Experience Required

• Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst, Project Support Officer or similar.
• Experience supporting Citrix, VDI or End User Computing (EUC) projects.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working within structured enterprise project environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable Technical Exposure

Experience with one or more of the following would be advantageous:

• Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD)
• Citrix XenApp / XenDesktop
• Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
• Windows 365 / Cloud PC
• VMware Horizon
• Microsoft End User Computing (EUC)
• Desktop virtualisation, migrations or optimisation programmes
