Senior IT Support Engineer (2nd/3rd Line)
Belfast City Centre | Permanent | £45,000 - £50,000

We're recruiting for a Senior IT Support Engineer to join a growing IT team in Belfast. This is a hands-on role supporting infrastructure, business applications, and end users, while also contributing to IT projects and system improvements across the business.

Key Skills

• Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server/Desktop
• Networking and server infrastructure support
• Experience supporting ERP or other business-critical applications
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Act as an escalation point for complex IT issues.
• Support and maintain Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and server environments.
• Assist with IT projects, upgrades, deployments, and system migrations.
• Work closely with local users, business stakeholders, and global IT teams.
• Provide hands-on support including hardware installations, network cabling, user administration, and technology rollouts.
• Travel to European sites on occasion to support project and operational requirements.
