IT Project Manager 

6 month contract
£425-£475 pay – OUTSIDE IR35
Hybrid – London Docklands

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of an Oracle transformation project.

This role is focused on strong project management capability rather than Oracle product expertise. The successful candidate will be a proven delivery professional with experience managing complex business and technology change programmes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Manage project plans, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate internal teams, third-party suppliers, and key stakeholders.
• Drive governance, reporting, and project controls.
• Ensure successful delivery of business and technology change outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and senior stakeholder engagement.

Key Skills & Experience

• Demonstrable experience delivering large-scale technology transformation programmes.
• Strong project governance, planning, and delivery management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and system integrators.
• Ability to challenge constructively and drive accountability across teams.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects in enterprise environments.

Desirable

• Previous experience delivering Oracle-related programmes.
• Salesforce project delivery experience.
• PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or equivalent project management certifications.

This opportunity would suit a hands-on, delivery-focused Project Manager who can bring structure, governance, and momentum to a high-profile implementation programme. Oracle experience is beneficial but not essential; strong project management capability is the key requirement
