Business Analyst – BMC Helix
Initial 9-month Contract Role
£450 - £650, Inside IR35
Remote with infrequent travel to London
Remote with infrequent travel to London
Seeking a Business Analyst with strong ITSM experience to support service modelling and Business Services implementation. The role focuses on mapping services to underlying applications and infrastructure within a complex enterprise environment.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and document both functional and non-functional requirements
- Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders
- Coordinate stakeholder reviews and manage sign-off processes
- Support the creation of detailed requirements documentation
- Develop and maintain federated runbooks outlining ways of working between Application Engineering and Infrastructure & Operations
- Capture business requirements for reporting and insight generation
- Work with structured data sets, including building and managing load sheets
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst within a large enterprise environment
- Experience with BMC Helix / Remedy (highly desirable)
- Strong experience in data modelling and requirements gathering
- Comfortable engaging with senior-level stakeholders to drive alignment and obtain sign-off on business service data models
