SC Cleared Microsoft Security ArchitectContract: 12 months
Remote
£625/day Inside IR35
SC Clearance | UK National (no dual nationality)
We’re hiring a Microsoft Security Architect with strong expertise in Azure to lead security across major obsolescence and transformation programmes—modernising, migrating, and retiring legacy systems securely.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide hands-on oversight of legacy → cloud/hybrid transitions
• Conduct risk assessments, threat modelling, and define remediation strategies
• Deliver secure-by-design Azure solutions (identity, network, data protection)
• Oversee implementation of core security controls (IAM, SIEM, encryption, etc.)
• Support governance, assurance, and compliance (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR)
Key Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience as a Security Architect in complex transformation environments
• Strong Azure security and cloud migration experience
• Identity & Access Management / Zero Trust
• Network and application security
• Information Assurance & risk management
• Background in defence or highly regulated environments
• Ability to operate across multiple projects at pace
