Role Profile
We are looking for a telephony consultant for a 6-month contract to help guide and optimize our contact centre operations using cloud-based solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, implementing, and optimizing CCaaS solutions that enhance customer service and drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud-based contact center solutions, with hands-on experience in system design, integration, and troubleshooting of CCaaS platforms. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate those into tailored solutions. The core deliverable of this role will be to manage an end-to-end RFP procurement process of the new company telephony CCaas system, aswell as working with 3rd parties and internal project teams to deliver the solution.
