Location:        Remote (Occasional travel to Bristol or Bath may be required)
Job Type:       Contract (Six Months)

Rate:               £950 - £1050 Per Day – IR35 Status to be determined.

Job Description

I am seeking an experienced Head Of Engineering with a wealth of experience in managing large technical teams within a DevOps Environment, driving forward and continually improving engineering standards and working closely with C-Level stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the leadership and delivery of a vast, complex IT Architecture project.

Key Responsibilities

• Engineering methods, standards and ways of working.
• Cross-team uplift in DevOps, cloud engineering, build quality and automation.
• Coaching for the engineering leaders in architecture, systems & development and data.
• Independent technical assurance on major deliveries.
• Technical governance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as an Integrations SME with expertise in Tibco and Azure.
• Strong understanding of integration architecture and design principles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications in Tibco and Azure are a plus.
