DevOps Engineer
3 days a week in Sheffield
Initial 6-month Contract
£500 - £550, Inside IR35
We’re working with an IT Service Provider who is looking for a DevOps Engineer with experience across DevOps tooling, including AWS, Azure, GitHub, or Ansible.
As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Build and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure
- Develop and support CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub and Azure DevOps
- Automate infrastructure and configuration using Infrastructure as Code and Ansible
- Support containerized workloads
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve platform reliability
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a DevOps Engineer
- Hands-on experience across AWS, Azure, GitHub, or Ansible
- Strong experience with CI/CD and automation tooling
- Scripting experience (Bash, PowerShell, or Python)
- Solid understanding of cloud and DevOps best practices
- Financial Services experience is desirable, but not essential
