IT Operations Manager

Rate:                   £400 per day (Inside IR35)

Location:           Holborn, London (Onsite 2x days per week)

Length:               Initial 6 months

Role Purpose

The IT Operations Manager is responsible for the effective day-to-day operation of IT services, with specific accountability for reviewing operational agreements, service performance, and assurance activities, and for owning, tracking, and delivering actions arising from audits, service reviews, and governance forums.
