About the Role
The Business Intelligence & Digital Systems Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and support of business intelligence, reporting, and digital systems used by the Construction Quality Department on a semiconductor manufacturing site.
The role ensures that construction quality data, digital handover documentation, and formal sign-off records are accurately captured, maintained, and reported in accordance with defined standards to support compliant construction delivery, handover, and transition to commissioning and operations.
Summary of Responsibilities
Business Intelligence & Reporting Administration
- Administer and maintain construction quality dashboards, reports, and standard KPIs
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of inspections, NCRs, punch lists, audits, handovers, and sign-offs
- Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all reporting outputs
- Support routine and ad-hoc reporting requests from the Construction Quality team
Digital Handover & Sign-Off Systems
- Administer digital systems used for documenting and managing construction handovers and formal sign-offs
- Maintain approval workflows, status tracking, and handover readiness reporting
- Ensure handover records are complete, current, and traceable to supporting quality documentation
- Support phased, system, and area handovers in line with project requirements
System Administration & Data Control
- Manage system configuration, user access, permissions, and roles
- Maintain data structures, templates, and controlled fields within quality systems
- Support data uploads, corrections, and controlled changes in line with governance procedures
- Coordinate with IT and Digital teams for system support, upgrades, and issue resolution
Governance, Compliance & Audit Support
- Apply defined data governance, reporting standards, and quality system requirements
- Ensure digital records support audit readiness and regulatory compliance
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate system data and reports
- Escalate data integrity or system issues to Quality Management as required
Stakeholder & Contractor Support
- Provide system support and guidance to Construction Quality teams, CQV teams, and contractors
- Support onboarding and basic training for users of BI and digital handover systems
- Act as a point of contact for system usage, access, and reporting queries
- Liaise with contractors to ensure data is submitted in the correct format and standard
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, data quality, and usability of reports and systems
- Support automation and reduction of manual data handling where feasible
- Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related discipline, or Relevant BI, data, or digital systems training.
Experience
- 3–6 years’ experience in business intelligence administration, reporting, or digital systems support
- Experience supporting construction quality, handover, or documentation systems
- Experience in regulated or high-tech environments (semiconductor, pharmaceutical, data centre, or similar)
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and contractors
Location
- Construction site and office-based role
- Regular interaction with contractors and project teams
