  • Ensure compliance with Irish and UK Building Regulations, planning, BC(A)R, DAC/FSCA, and statutory consent processes
  • Lead and contribute to 2D/3D BIM delivery (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks), ensuring adherence to digital and quality standards
  • Perform and lead quality and design reviews, including technical quality, constructability, safety-in-design, and sustainability checks
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to drive decision-making, particularly in balancing technical, environmental, and safety priorities
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting a culture of technical excellence, safety awareness, and sustainable thinking
  • Undertake site inspections, field surveys, and design verification, ensuring alignment between design intent, safety requirements, and constructed outcomes

    • Safety-in-Design and EHS requirements in industrial projects
    • Working understanding of International Building & Fire Code and advantage
  • Awareness or experience in sustainable design, energy optimisation, and carbon reduction strategies
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence technical, safety, and sustainability decisions
  • Ability to deliver in fast-paced, schedule-driven EPCM project environments

Why Join Arcadis
