  • Drive continuous improvement of estimating tools, processes, and systems.
  • Assist in oversight of the historical cost database, bid management tools, and estimating software.

  • May supervise up to 3-5 direct reports.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent; or four to ten years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong background in estimating civil, structural, or architectural scopes for large-scale industrial or high-tech facilities (semiconductor, data centers, or manufacturing facilities preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience working with multidisciplinary design teams, including architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
  • Proven experience developing and managing estimates across all project phases—from conceptual design through construction documentation and execution.
  • Working knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and materials specific to civil, structural, and architectural trades.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Professional Estimator [CPE]) and/or licensure in civil, structural, or architectural engineering are a plus.
  • Experience with Deltek, Procore, Microsoft Office Suite, PlanSwift, Timberline, or similar estimating platforms.
