Arcadis DPS Group has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, passionate, and ambitious individual to work as Lead Architect in our Advanced Technology Group's  (ATG) Global Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management (EPCM) Process Department, based out of our European ATG Group Headquarters.

Job Title: Senior Architectural Technician (EPCM)



We are looking for a Senior Architectural Technician (EPCM) to join our team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and be proficient in the following skills:

- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other CAD software
- Strong knowledge of building regulations, planning laws, and construction standards
- Experience in providing technical support to architects and engineers
- Ability to produce high-quality technical drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of BIM processes and procedures
- Experience in managing and coordinating design work with other disciplines
- Experience in liaising with contractors and sub-contractors
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

- Producing technical drawings and specifications for construction projects
- Providing technical support to architects and engineers
- Managing and coordinating design work with other disciplines
- Liaising with contractors and sub-contractors
- Ensuring compliance with building regulations, planning laws, and construction standards
- Assisting with the preparation of planning applications and building control submissions
- Coordinating and managing the delivery of projects from conception to completion

Qualifications:

- A degree in Architectural Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other CAD software
- Knowledge of BIM processes and procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
