Summary
Arcadis DPS Group has an opening for a Project Architect to join our team in Albany, NY. In this role, the Project Architect will supervise the required scope from implementation to completion as a subject matter consultant with focus on architectural and structural systems. They will perform a variety of assignments involved in the coordination of engineering, layout, construction, budgeting, scheduling, and turnover aspects of a project. This individual typically performs in an owners representative role for our client and carries out assignments as directed by the Design Manager.
Successful candidates will have a minimum of 3 years experience in similar role and a minimum of 7 years of total experience, come from an architectural design background working with Architecture, Engineering, and Construction professionals, thrive in a fast-paced professional environment, preferably supporting industrial high-tech client project environments. Architect licensure is not required for this role.
This is not a remote position and will require the selected individual to be onsite at our clients location between 20-30% of the time, at various times during the week, and live within a commutable distance to the Albany, NY office. Relocation assistance is available for selected candidates.
