Job Description

Arcadis DPS Group is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team in Rio Rancho, NM. In this role you will work onsite at our client’s facility, supporting logistics and materials management activities related to large high-tech construction projects.
Successful candidates will have 2-4 years’ experience working in logistics and warehouse management environment, possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail with an analytical mind, and strong computer proficiency aptitude. Background in supply chain, logistics, and procurement within a construction project environment is advantageous. 
This position is for local candidates and will require you to work onsite at the client facility or DPS office.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a primary point of contact for the warehouse management team to help plan, organize, review, and execute multiple logistics activities.
  • Analyze and evaluate potential returned materials for their ability to be reused or scrapped.
  • Maintain and update materials tracking log, analyze data and work to identify potential issues proactively.
  • Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure personnel are available upon delivery, review BOL for accuracy, report to Team Lead on assign task status, highlight inconsistencies, work to proactively identify critical impact items and escalate as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with management, vendors, trades, and stakeholders at multiple levels; build and maintain positive relationships with all project partners.
  • Prepare project reports and documentation in collaboration with Team Lead.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain.
  • Strong knowledge of typical semiconductor mechanical, electrical, and process materials used to construct or expand a semiconductor factory.
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for identifying opportunity.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) is required.
  • Strong computer proficiency including MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to provide legal US work authorization documents required. Will consider US domestic relocation.
