Position Summary
TIPM shall be a PMP certified professional project manager through PMI (or equivalent industrial experience) or equal Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering discipline and 5 years of experience in PM/Eng construction related scope. PM L2 are required to use a greater degree of flexibility to refine team members’ roles. Work plans are determined progressively as various milestones of the project are completed. Project Managers identify and mitigate risks across multiple stakeholders and projects. The Functional area project manager will manage the entire day to day activities for the delivery of the tools under their ownership. The project Manager will report to the PIT lead and will take responsibility for implementation of the plans developed by the PIT lead.

Key Responsibilities;
•Attend weekly team meetings
•Develop documented project plans for each tool or system
•Work with Tool or system owners to create and use micro schedule/task lists for project tracking
•Use task lists to improve coordination between trades per need
•Control and work in alignment with trade foreman on dedication of each crew in FA.
•Plan always start and completion task and know the progress of task
•Develop daily detailed work plans for each tool/area/system together with trade foreman.
•Coordinate resolution of field issues, involve experts per need
•Coordination between tool install and PSSS/BB work
•Manage Construction integration within FA with other FAs and projects on site.
•Drive ESO preparation and readiness: lines submissions, test completions, popouts sealing, etc
•Understand the change control process and initiate CO process when scope addition is identified
•Collect the data and clarify the scope together with PIT lead
•Follow-up on CO approval and authorize work start to contractors when CO is approved
•Validate scope execution and support invoicing process as required
•Coordination of Demo activities that are part of the conversion
•Responsible for Bullet proofing process in the FA: lead risk assessment process, identify means and methods of Bullet proofing together with contractors and approve quantities for PM
•Participate in Design Review and focus on package constructability.
•Support RFI process by providing construction management related information. Involve all the required parties to obtain solution when needed.

•Make all possible measures to maximize contractors’ productivity by prompt issue resolution, providing correct and relevant information and timely escalation to trade management, PM and CM management
•Owns driving Functional Area (“FA”) Install to IFE (“Incident and Injury-Free Environment”)
•Periodically review Pre-Task Plans
•Attend Toolbox meetings
•Coordinate and participate in kick off meeting and risk assessments
•Drive IFC environment, coach for Safe Behavior, present LL etc…
•Be familiar with the Safety Plan of each trade in the area and ensure trade workers adhere to it.
•Participate in the safety audits and SOP
•Report on any safety event Per the Safety requirements
•Work together with PIT lead and trades on implementation of quality programs by trades, promote zero-rework mindset and be familiar and work according to QA/QC processes
•Generate progress reports

Education & Experience
• A third level degree in Engineering or associated specialised discipline is essential
• A PMI qualification or equivalent is essential
• Industry specific Accreditations are Highly Desirable
