Position Summary
The Process Engineer Waste and UPW (Ultra-Pure Water) Engineer role is to provide Process Systems Engineers support in design and construction of process waste and Ultra-Pure-Water (UPW) process equipment, plant distribution systems.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities shall include but not limited to:

  • Strengths in construction project management related to wastewater systems used in industrial high-tech manufacturing facilities projects.
  • Establish project budgets, prepare proposals, and develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Develop and maintain project resource plans.
  • Develop project execution plans including definition of scope, schedule, communication tools, software tools, deliverable distribution lists.
  • Collaborate with regional quality manager in the development project specific quality plans.
  • Properly identify and assess project risks and escalate to senior leadership as appropriate.
  • The timely completion of all process mechanical and related utility systems, specifications, drawings and technical requisitions within strenuous quality and safety criteria.
  • Ensure that designs are in accordance with applicable codes and standards, e.g. Building Regulations and applicable codes and standards.
  • Development of process and utilities systems through all design stages: Conceptual, preliminary and detailed engineering.
  • Specification of process waste and Ultra-Pure-Water (UPW) processes and plant.
  • Audits and efficiency reviews.
  • Building Management Systems (BMS) – development of sequence of operations through all design stages.

 Education & Experience:

  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction
  • Related field preferred with 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent networking and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement, value for money, adaptability, technical quality, and professional standards.

Essential Skills:

  • Direct experience in similar position supporting semiconductor Basebuild construction strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record in managing all phases of a project from feasibility through procurement, execution, and commissioning.
  • Proven track record in multi discipline coordination and management.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, strong work ethic, flexible self-starter.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise key activities and handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Essential and desired soft skills
  • IT skills & packages needed.

Travel: On-Site
Working hours: 40 Hours Monday to Friday
