Position summary:

Arcadis DPS Advanced Technology Group is seeking a LPS Scheduler with a passion for advancement to join our high preforming team in Ireland. In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for compiling all project inputs for the Project Integration Team and looking for opportunities to advance existing lean processes.   

Key responsibilities:

Responsibilities shall include but not limited to:

  • Ensure all project inputs as provided by through the Project Master Schedule, the Last Planner Coordinator and any other Project Team members are integrated into the Last Planner System
  • Responsible for micro-project specific indicators for their aligned team/scope and highlighting any risks/concerns
  • Support CM field personnel and PMs to establish tools’ activities templates according to standardised methodology and lessons learned from previous projects
  • Management of a Master Pull Plan Schedule database for PIT
  • Incorporate the tool templates into micro-scheduling system
  • Work with PIT and field personnel (CM, PMs and Trades) to tackle and resolve technical and content issues of the scheduling system
  • Identification of gaps between Client P3 schedule and construction micro-schedule
  • Administers weekly project schedule team reports and updates
  • Prepares and delivers weekly/monthly project indicators
  • Required to attend all applicable Schedule Integration team meetings.
  • Communication of Percent Plan Complete: number of activities completed divided by the total number of planned activities
  • Data analysis for reasons for variance reporting and recommendations.

Education & experience:

  • Two-year technical degree with emphasis on project controls and project scheduling.
  • Four to Five  years’ experience planning, scheduling, monitoring, updating, and reporting on medium-sized projects.
  • Two to Three  years’ experience with Primavera scheduling software or comparable scheduling software.
