Position Summary:

Reporting directly to the Quality Site Manager, the Quality Manager will implement and oversee the Quality Program for project “Pinemartin” including related tool install projects with the client and 3rd party stakeholders.

The successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment and ideally have experience leading quality program implementation for complex construction projects within the microelectronics or similar industry.

Roles and Responsibilities include:

  • Quality Assurance Management for the Specific Program and/or Project(s)
  • Focal point for Quality matter, including escalation, for the Projects
  • Operation of the Quality Assurance System, encouraging Quality Control & ownership
  • Promotion of the “RFT - Right at the First Time” culture across the Program/Project
  • Participation/execution of External (Second Party) Audits, when required.
  • Participation in the Contract Review meetings (if required)
  • Promoting Continuous Improvement among all the project stakeholders
  • Develop and Update Quality Procedures and provide inputs to the Intel Project Specifications
  • Control for Outsourced Services and Service Providers (Contractors), including performance of dedicated Focused Assessments
  • Monitoring of Quality Performances and relevant KPIs
  • Contractor’s Personnel qualifications and competencies monitoring
  • CSA Packages and M&E Test Packs overview
  • System and Process Walk-downs on site, including Virtual Factory (handover process).
  • Coordination with Commissioning and Operation for turnover activities
  • Punch Points / COR / Defect Management
  • NCs and QIA for the Project(s)
  • Chair the quality PIT (Project Integrated Team) Meetings
  • Review and Approve Contractors’ deliverables
  • Other responsibility defined in processes

Education & Experience:

Project Manager with 10+ years of prior experience leading Engineering Quality in construction projects. (Experience supporting semiconductor construction projects preferred.)

Essential Skills:

  • Proven management capabilities. Strong verbal and written communication skill
  • Computer literate and familiar with the major Microsoft packages including Word/ Excel/PowerPoint.
  • Good organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and reporting skills.
  • Flexibility to work in an environment of multiple projects and varying workloads.
  • Ability to prioritise issues
  • Associates degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction preferred. A combination of training and or work experience may be considered in place of formal education. Must have knowledge of basic construction processes and procedures
  • Previous experience in Semiconductors an advantage.
