Position Summary:
The EHS Administration, supporting the EHS Manager the candidate will play a key role in providing administration services for the EHS project team. The EHS Project Administration will be tasked with coordinating a wide range of administration, office management, documentation, and quality system tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

The EHS project administrator will provide the following services to the project team 
  • Weekly coordination of PSCS Meeting presentation
  • Generation of General Contractor weekly EHS Reports
  • Weekly reporting from Campus Safety Software for a number of projects
  • Preparation of Weekly Field Safety Officer meeting presentation
  • Preparation/distribution of weekly EHS Comms/Newsletter
  • Scheduling of trainers for weekly site Orientation
  • Maintenance of campus Incident/accident register
  • Registration/maintenance/troubleshooting of site safety software system.
  • Attend communication meetings
  • Auditor for Clients Good Catch system
  • Managing SharePoint access to EHS site
  • Collating of Monthly Executive Leadership meeting slides and minute taking.
  • Plus Ad hoc requests by the client

Education & Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience of administration.
  • People management and coordination experience.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent MS office skills.
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and to work accurately and effectively under pressure

Other:

  • Working hours: 45 hours, Monday to Friday
