Position Summary:

The Construction Field Quality Manager ((Electrical) will lead the construction field quality program  for electrical systems implementation for complex construction projects within the microelectronics industry.

Key Responsibilities:
The responsibilities are but not limited to

  • Be the Electrical SME for ATG on the Client Site.
  • Be a key member of the Sites Skills Training Team.
  • Standardising of technical electrical (and associated) training as part of Skills Training team Scope.
  • Provide the DPS CC team with guidance and support for electrical, LSS, electrical clash and other challenges encountered in the field.
  • Provide electrical training as needed for the DPS CC Team
  • FCE Task Force support where electrical expertise and advice is required.
  • As the Electrical SME - Work with the Site Skills Training Team to develop and support training workshops to improve "Quality in construction".
  • Identify opportunities to improve (Continuous Improvement) processes and systems to enhance RFT (Right First Time) and "Quality in Construction" for the Program in particular where it relates to Electrical systems and equipment.
  • Identify issues relating to electrical installation and systems in the field - and based on this information further design and support training delivery of workshops to address identified gaps. 
  • Baseline the current state and further build out the Electrical curricula for site training programs for Mod 2 and future projects on other Intel sites.
  • Deliver site training workshops to Trades, FCE Client and CM in electrical and associated disciplines (EHS, COHE, LSS etc).
  • Work with site EHS team to identify improvements in the SL1 and SL2 ESO process to reduce the number of ESO re-walks required on the project.
  • Work with the Mechanical SME lead to identify areas and Trades teams that require additional support and mentoring in the Field (Utility, Sub Fab and Fab)
  • Work closely with the Quality Team to identify opportunities and support new initiatives to improve Quality, RFT etc.

Other:

Travel:  Site Based in Kildare near Dublin.  Working hours: 45 hours, Monday to Friday
