Position Summary: This position will have solid industry knowledge and lead the successful realization of envisaged project goals. The All-In-One (AIO) System Matter Expert will implement and oversee the AIO rollout, training, and client management You will also prepare project progress and performance reports.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Overview the client’s AIO programs in multiple buildings and multiple campuses.
• Publish and manage the weekly AIO Reports out to the client’s management and DPS management.
• Review the field input data to analyze for misses and gaps.
• Daily management of the Weekly Work Plan (WWP) and Constraint log. Ensure Last Planer systems are used properly.
• Delivery daily AIO workshops.
• Onboarding all new site personal to the AIO program.
• Implement new modules into the onsite AIO system.
• Attend the functional area WWP reviews.
• Identify and report out any enhancements with AIO business or process.
• Attend SSG/SME Virtual factory AIO weekly meetings.
• Keeping stakeholders informed of project timelines and deadlines.
• Documenting program processes and maintaining records.

Education/Experience: Master's degree or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Ability: Read, analyze and interpret complex documents. Respond effectively to sensitive inquiries. Write speeches and articles using innovative techniques. Make persuasive presentations on complex topics to management, public groups and/or boards of directors.

Mathematical Ability: Work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning Ability: Apply logical thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Deal with nonverbal symbolism (e.g., formulas and equations) in difficult phases. Deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.

Software Skills: Advanced use of MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Primavera P6 scheduling software. Ability to produce Gantt charts from scratch.

• This position will work in an office, production lab environment, and/or construction site.
• This position may be required to work at DPS contracted sites with varying changes in settings to include temperature, indoor and/or outdoor settings.
• Noise levels will be high at times depending upon work location. Should be prepared to work in all level of noise and wear protective hearing equipment as needed.
• Must wear required PPP as required by DPS or its contractors.
• As a part of this environment, the need to wear special "bunny suits" to prevent their body's oils, skin flakes and lost hairs from contaminating the space and the products may be required.

• Ability to travel to off-site locations in a timely and efficient manner.
