Position Summary:
Our EPCMV business is growing, and we are recruiting leaders for our Dublin Office. This challenging position involves working as part of a multi-discipline, highly interactive and coordinated team focused on projects including semiconductor manufacturing, data center facilities, and other state of the art manufacturing facilities.
Projects for our clients include feasibility studies, long-range planning studies, and full design services including programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and services during construction for design/bid/build and design/build projects.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills. They will exhibit a passion and desire to apply their professional experience and knowledge in a team environment on technically challenging and professionally rewarding projects. Our team is seeking a person who understands the importance of meeting their targeted commitments while being flexible to the ever-changing and fast paced environment of our clients sites.
Key Responsibilities:

Leading and controlling the Process/PSSS teams and driving individual design projects for Process systems.

Subject-Matter-Expert (SME) for the ATG process design group is desirable,
-
Organize, assign, and delegate necessary engineering and design tasks to produce construction documents in conjunction with a team of engineers and designers.

Manage scope, budget and schedule to meet project objective goals.

Coordinate and collaborate real time with other disciplines such as mechanical, structural, architectural and Electrical to develop designs.

Drive process design, including technical accuracy, completeness, and quality of construction documents.

Manage the team designing complex systems: Planar Chemical, Bulk Chemical, Specialty gases, Bulk gas systems, UPW systems, Wastewater systems

Manage Process Design Development through standard process design documentation including PFDs and P&IDs.

Perform field activities such as observation of construction activities.

Review construction submittals for conformance with the intent of contract and design documents.

Direct a team to execute site master planning, concept designs and preliminary engineering phases with other team members as part of the Advanced Technology Group (ATG) Global process group across multiple projects from our Dublin Design Office.

Direct the use of PIPE-FLO fluid flow analysis software to design, optimize and troubleshoot fluid piping systems.

Desirable to have a technical understanding of process and PSSS piping systems and as appropriate piping system stress analysis software (AutoPipe, Caesar or similar).

Assist the Technical Director in the development of groups systems, procedures, standards and knowledge management.
Skills & Experience required:

Third level degree in a relevant Process or Chemical Engineering discipline.

8+ years of relevant experience with several years as design discipline lead with 5 years (desirable) relevant semiconductor experience.

General knowledge of Process and PSSS system design and applicable codes.

Strong business acumen, excellent communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to travel to client meetings, presentations, conferences nationally and internationally.

Working hours: 40 hours, Monday to Friday.
