Job Description

Arcadis are looking for an Electrical Site Manager to join a leading engineering and infrastructure client to support its growing project delivery team across the Munster region.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrical professional to take ownership of electrical installation, commissioning and project delivery activities on large-scale infrastructure and industrial projects.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in managing electrical works from design review and procurement through to installation, testing, commissioning and client handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage electrical installation activities across multiple project phases.
• Oversee site teams, subcontractors and specialist vendors.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
• Coordinate electrical design reviews and technical documentation.
• Manage procurement of electrical equipment, control panels and associated packages.
• Support FAT, SAT, commissioning and handover activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health & safety and environmental standards.
• Liaise closely with clients, consultants, suppliers and wider project stakeholders.
• Prepare project documentation including method statements, risk assessments and commissioning records.
• Drive successful project close-out and handover.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years' experience within industrial, utilities, infrastructure or process environments.
• Experience managing electrical installation and commissioning activities on-site.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, motor control, power distribution and control systems.
• Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Excellent planning, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Full driving licence.
