Job Description

Arcadis are seeking Maintenance Planner for coordinating and managing the scheduling of facilities and resources to support operational effectiveness in an organisation. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure efficient use of space and resources. 12-month contract initially. Pharmaceutical client in Ringaskiddy.

Responsibilities:

  • Use SAP modules to manage scheduling, resource allocation, and maintenance tracking
  • Develop, maintain, and update scheduling plans for facility usage through SAP, ensuring maximum efficiency and compliance with organizational policies
  • Work closely with department heads and project managers to understand facility requirements and schedule usage accordingly
  • Analyze data from SAP to monitor facility utilization trends, generate reports, and provide recommendations for improved efficiency
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules through SAP, ensuring that all facilities are compliant with safety regulations and operational requirements
  • Address any scheduling conflicts or issues promptly, utilizing SAP tools to facilitate quick problem-solving
  • Maintain accurate records of all scheduling, maintenance, and resource allocation activities within SAP
  • Provide training and support for staff on facility scheduling processes and SAP usage

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in scheduling, planning, or facilities management

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Proficient in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
