Main responsibility
Manage the E&I contractor to ensure they achieve the required E&I systems completions (support the walkdown, punch listing and system completion process)

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the project is constructed in accordance with the latest approved, Issued for Construction (IFC) design information
• Conduct daily walk through of the site with the contractors to assess site safety and housekeeping
• Manage, supervise, and coordinate the construction works
• Ensure that the individual system mechanical completion milestones are delivered
• Avoid wasted effort by ensuring all available resources are put to the most effective and efficient use
• Ensure subcontractors work to the latest revision of IFC deliverables
• With the Turnover Manager, ensure the system mechanical completions are delivered to plan in terms of physical plant and supporting documentation
• Ensure an effective close-out of the construction phase of the project with timely completion
