About the Role
Arcadis DPS Group specializes in Project Management, Multi-Discipline Design, and Construction Management for Pharmaceutical and Life Science Buildings. Based in our Dublin office, you will play a key supporting role as a Project Engineer, working closely with a Senior Project Manager to ensure the successful execution of large-scale pharmaceutical projects. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated individual looking to grow into a Project Manager role within 2–3 years.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Support the Senior Project Manager in the delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and quality requirements.
- Design Delivery: Coordinate and monitor multi-discipline design activities for pharmaceutical facilities, collaborating with design teams and consultants.
- Work Plan Support: Assist in the development, updating, and execution of project plans to meet evolving project and client needs.
- Progress Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
- Resource & Task Management: Help manage resources, track project milestones, and support the Senior PM in resolving issues as they arise.
- Professional Development: Actively participate in training and development opportunities with the aim of progressing to a Project Manager position within 2–3 years.
Experience & Skills Required:
- 5 years’ experience: 2-5 years’ experience in design co-ordination for projects in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector (project or site engineering experience advantageous).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Technical Skills: Understanding of multi-disciplinary design processes in the pharma sector. Familiarity with project planning, coordination, and documentation.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in team environments.
- Ambition: A strong desire to develop project management skills and progress toward a leadership role.
