Role Responsibilities:- Manage Purchase Orders: Create, receipt, and close POs in an SAP-based system.- Update Maintenance Records: Maintain records in an SAP-based spares and maintenance system.- Spare Parts Management: Update and add new parts to the SAP-based spare parts system.- Equipment Purchase Agreements: Create agreements and route them for approval.- Reporting: Generate reports from spares, maintenance records, and the QMS system; export reports to MS Office documents.- Support Engineers: Assist in closing actions and change controls.
Candidate Requirements:- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Documentation or Administrative role within Manufacturing or Engineering.- Industry Experience: Previous Pharmaceutical experience is an advantage.- Software Proficiency: Experience with SAP and/or other CMMS software.- Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office suite.
