Maintenance Data Administrator           

The Data Administrator is responsible for ensuring the efficient management and administration of our maintenance operations. Experience of working in a regulated industry a distinct advantage.

2+ years working in engineering, operations, or manufacturing with experience in Planning, Scheduling and CMMS. Knowledge of GMP’S and regulatory requirements.

The successful Data Administrator is responsible for coordinating vendors and statutory inspections, management of the statutory inspection register and administration of service requests within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, log, and prioritize service requests from various departments.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution of service requests.
  • Track the progress of service requests and update the relevant stakeholders accordingly.
  • Maintain and update the statutory inspection register to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Schedule and arrange statutory inspections.
  • Document and report on inspection outcomes, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Communicate and coordinate with external vendors to facilitate maintenance activities and procure necessary resources.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to service agreements.
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies with vendors in a timely manner.
  • Develop & maintain suitable metrics to monitor statutory inspections and vendor performance.
  • Assist Planners/Schedulers in the level loading of preventive maintenance (PM) tasks to ensure even distribution of workload.
  • Collaborate with maintenance planners/schedulers and technicians to optimize PM schedules.
  • Provide backup support to the CMMS Engineer as needed.
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and system maintenance within the CMMS.
  • Drive CMMS compliance improvement.
  • Utilization of CMMS functionality to drive business process optimization
