Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor specializing in Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) projects to join our dynamic team in Cork. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost management, contract administration, and procurement for CSA projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, manage, and control budgets for CSA projects.
- Conduct cost analysis and advise on procurement strategies.
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and provide financial reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage risk and value management processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in CSA project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Proficiency in cost management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional membership (e.g., RICS) is preferred.
