  • Client, subcontractor and supply chain negotiations
  • Cost and commercial reporting
  • Pre-construction and project mobilisation
  • Claims and dispute avoidance
  • Supporting project teams throughout delivery
  • Developing commercial processes and best practice

For the right person, there is also the opportunity to take on a broader, business-wide contracts remit, working closely with senior leadership across multiple projects.

You'll have strong experience within civil engineering, infrastructure, utilities or major construction, with solid NEC experience and the commercial judgement to work confidently with clients, contractors and senior stakeholders.

We're particularly interested in people who are looking to broaden their responsibility beyond an individual project and take the next step in their commercial career.

Why consider it?

  • Major civil engineering, infrastructure and energy projects
  • Genuine opportunity to influence commercial decisions
  • Exposure to senior leadership and the wider business
  • Scope to develop into a broader contracts/commercial leadership position
