Temporary Site Manager – Retail Strip-Out Project
Location: Paisley

A busy and well-regarded fit-out contractor is looking to appoint a Temporary Site Manager to oversee a fast-track retail strip-out project in Paisley.

The Role:

You will be responsible for managing the full strip-out of an existing retail unit, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme over an 8–9 week period. This is a hands-on role ideal for a Site Manager with strong experience in retail or fit-out environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day site activities

• Manage subcontractors and ensure site safety compliance

• Liaise with project and client teams as required

• Maintain site records and ensure programme targets are met

• Ensure tidy, safe working conditions and site security throughout the project

Requirements:

• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid – all valid and in date

• Previous experience managing strip-out or fit-out projects, ideally in the retail sector

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Ability to lead from the front and keep teams on track

• Available to start Monday 7th July
