We’re currently seeking a Site Manager to join a leading residential developer in the East region. With multiple new sites in the pipeline, this is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and organised individual looking to take the next step in their career.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–4 years’ experience as a Site Manager within the housebuilding or residential construction sector

• Proven ability to manage fast-moving construction sites from groundworks to completion

• Experience with flatted development is essential

• Strong leadership and organisational skills, ensuring high standards of health & safety, quality, and customer satisfaction

• Able to coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively to meet build programmes
