Site Engineer – Edinburgh – Tier 1 Contractor
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading main contractor for an experienced Site Engineer to join a dynamic project team in Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-profile development that will significantly shape the city’s landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set out, level, and survey the site to ensure work aligns with design specifications.
- Oversee quality control and health & safety on site.
- Liaise with subcontractors, engineers, and project management to ensure smooth site operations.
- Monitor progress and compile detailed reports for senior management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Site Engineer on large-scale construction projects.
- Proficient with setting out equipment (e.g., Leica/Trimble).
- Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and site practices.
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- CSCS card and relevant certifications.
