I’m currently working with a leading Tier 1 contractor who is looking to add an experienced Environmental Advisor to their team in Inverness.

�� About the Role:
You’ll be supporting major civil engineering and infrastructure projects, ensuring environmental best practices are implemented and maintained. This is a key role within the SHEQ team and offers real scope for development in a well-established business that truly values its people.
�� Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Providing advice and guidance on environmental issues to project teams and site staff
- Supporting environmental compliance and reporting across multiple projects
- Carrying out site inspections and audits
- Assisting with environmental risk assessments and method statements
- Liaising with regulators and external stakeholders as needed
- Promoting sustainability and driving continuous improvement in environmental performance
�� What they’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction or infrastructure sector
- Relevant degree or qualification in Environmental Science, Environmental Management or similar
- Strong working knowledge of UK environmental legislation and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach
- Full UK driving licence
