Job Description
CS Construction Staffing are currently working with a leading structural steel fabrication company based in Coatbridge working to the highest standards achievable across multiple sectors.Our client is looking to expand their setup with additional hires of Welder / Fabricators.
- This is a Temporary to Permanent position over 13 weeks
- Monday to Friday
- 40 Hours per week
- Salary: £14 to £18 per hour depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform welding on a variety of metals, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminium.
- Read and interpret technical drawings to carry out welding tasks to the highest standards.
- Operate and maintain welding equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and quality requirements.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Proven welding experience within the industry.
- Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
