Adoptions Engineer :

A private house-builder is looking for an Adoptions Engineer to manage and oversee the bond limit facility for S38/S278/S104/S185 agreements.

You will also overseeing the completion of roads and sewers on new build housing projects from the start of installation through to adoption by the relevant authorities.

Duties include:

Working alongside contractors to ensure all roads and sewers are installed to the best quality and correct specification.

Working with the relevant adopting authorities to ensure allS38/S104 agreements are complete and adopted in a timely manner Managing public open space handovers to the managing agent.
