Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Global Firewall Engineer with deep expertise in Palo Alto Networks technologies to support and enhance our global firewall infrastructure. This role is key to maintaining the performance and integrity of our security perimeter across all regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd line support for global firewall infrastructure (PAN-OS, Panorama).
• Manage firewall rules, NAT, VPNs, and Zero Trust configurations.
• Monitor and troubleshoot firewall performance and security events.
• Support the transition of new firewall services into operations.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to service improvement initiatives.

Required Experience

• 10+ years in global IT infrastructure with a strong firewall focus.
• Hands-on expertise with:
• Palo Alto NGFW, Panorama, GlobalProtect, WildFire
• MPLS, proxies, VPNs, 2FA, endpoint/email security
• Strong knowledge of network protocols and segmentation.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, change, problem management).

Preferred Certifications

• PCNSE (strongly preferred)
• CISSP, CCSP, or other relevant certifications
