Coba Education is currently recruiting for a committed and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive and supportive team full time at a further education college in Daventry.

Role Details:

• Start Date: September

• Location: Daventry

• Working Pattern: Full time

• Salary: £85 to £120 per day (depending on experience)
  
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-class support to learners, helping them access and engage with the curriculum

• Support teaching staff in delivering inclusive, accessible lessons

• Adapt and differentiate learning materials to suit individual student needs

• Offer 1:1, small group, or tutoring support where required

• Deliver targeted interventions to help students progress

• Collaborate closely with SENCOs, tutors, and other support staff

• Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive learning environment
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience working with secondary-aged students or older

• Experience delivering 1:1 or small group tutoring or interventions is highly desirable

• Strong communication and behaviour management skills

• A calm, empathetic, and consistent approach

• A genuine passion for supporting young people in education
