Are you a passionate and inspiring English Teacher looking for your next opportunity? Coba Education is working with a fantastic secondary school in Rushden to recruit a dedicated English specialist for a full-time, long-term supply role starting in September 2025.

This is a great chance to join a supportive department, teach across Key Stages 3 and 4, and help students grow in confidence, creativity, and literacy skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering high-quality English lessons in line with the national curriculum

• Teaching across KS3 and KS4, with opportunities for exam preparation support

• Assessing, tracking, and reporting on student progress

• Creating an inclusive and engaging classroom environment

Essential Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Recent teaching experience in English at secondary level

• Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills

• A commitment to inspiring and supporting students of all abilities
