Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Location: Daventry, Northamptonshire
Salary: £90 - £120 per day (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible Supply
Start Date: ASAP or September 2025

We are seeking a confident, reliable, and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join a dynamic secondary school in Daventry. Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-set lesson plans across a range of subjects in the absence of teaching staff

• Manage classroom behavior and ensure students remain on task

• Support the school’s ethos and maintain a positive learning environment

• Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behavior
  
  
  
  

About You:

• Strong communication and classroom management skills

• Previous experience working with young people (desirable, but not essential)

• Confident and calm under pressure

• Flexible and able to work across different year groups and subjects

• A degree or equivalent qualification is advantageous, but not required
