Are you a qualified Psychology or Sociology teacher, an ECT with Psychology or Sociology specialism looking to gain valuable classroom experience?

Coba Education is currently seeking a passionate and confident individual for long-term supply teaching role starting in September 2025 in a sought-after school in Northampton (NN3). They are seeking a highly experienced teacher of Psychology and Sociology who can engage students with thoughtful, relevant content and inspire curiosity about human behaviour and society.

Essential skills for the role:

• QTS or ECT Status
• At Least 3 terms experience teaching Psychology and/or Sociology
• In-depth understanding of psychological theories, research methods, and core topics
• Experience with lesson planning and curriculum development.
• Strong classroom management skills and experience in developing and applying student engagement strategies
• Ability to build rapport and create an inclusive, respectful learning environment.
