Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality English lessons to students across KS3 and KS4 - Develop and implement creative and effective teaching strategies - Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback - Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere - Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and share best practices - Participate in extracurricular activities and school events

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent - Experience teaching English at secondary level - Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English literature and language - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to inspire and motivate students - Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement
