Responsibilities:
* Supporting the class teachers within lessons
* Assist students with their learning 
* Diffuse challenging situations & have good behaviour management skills 

Requirements:
* Previously worked as a Teaching Assistant 
* Have experience working in a school environment.
* Strong knowledge of the national curriculum 
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
* A passion for promoting a love of learning and supporting the social and emotional development of young learners.
