A leading global manufacturer supplying specialist industrial solutions is seeking a Lubrication Technician to join its on-site team at a customer facility in Gloucestershire.

This is a hands-on role suited to a motivated individual who enjoys working in an industrial environment, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring equipment reliability through effective lubrication management and condition monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and carry out all lubrication service activities across the customer site.
• Apply, monitor and change lubricants and fluids in line with planned maintenance schedules.
• Conduct condition monitoring of fluids and plant equipment, recording and reporting findings through internal systems.
• Manage waste streams and ensure safe, compliant disposal processes.
• Liaise regularly with customer operators, engineers and management teams.
• Support customer meetings and provide updates on service activities.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, 5S and Health & Safety compliance at all times.

The Ideal Candidate

• Hands-on and proactive approach to work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work closely with both operational and management teams.
• Adaptable, self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• High personal standards with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
• Previous experience within maintenance, lubrication, engineering, manufacturing, plant operations or a similar industrial environment would be advantageous.
