Job Description

We're currently recruiting for a Factory Operative to join a busy manufacturing team in Brunswick. This is a temporary position with the potential to become long-term for the right candidate.

This is a hands-on role within a production environment, ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and takes pride in producing quality products.

Duties include:

• Manufacturing concrete wall components, pillar caps and other precast products
• Making and preparing moulds
• Coating and finishing products to quality standards
• Palletising finished goods ready for dispatch
• Manual handling and lifting of materials up to 25kg
• Carrying out basic quality checks
• Keeping the work area clean, organised and safe
• Following all health and safety procedures

What we're looking for:

• Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive heavy lifting up to 25kg
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail

What's on offer:

• £12.71 per hour
• Monday to Friday working hours
• 7:00am - 3:00pm
