Are you an experienced Civils Site Manager looking to take the lead on a diverse portfolio of civil engineering projects across the North East?

We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to take full responsibility for the successful delivery of civil engineering works, including:

• Roads & Sewers
• Industrial Civils
• Building & Infrastructure Projects
• Reinforced Concrete Works
• Earthworks

The Role

Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations from inception through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing day-to-day site operations
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and direct labour
• Ensuring health, safety and environmental compliance
• Monitoring project programmes and budgets
• Conducting site inspections and quality checks
• Liaising with clients, engineers and stakeholders
• Producing progress reports and maintaining site records
• Driving productivity whilst maintaining high standards of workmanship

About You

The successful candidate will be a confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills, capable of managing multiple workstreams and motivating teams on site.

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Site Manager within civil engineering projects
• Experience delivering roads & sewers, RC structures, earthworks and industrial civils projects
• Valid CSCS/CPCS Card
• SMSTS Certification
• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
• Full UK Driving Licence
