Warehouse Operator – Team Valley

Central Employment are currently recruiting a number of Warehouse Operators to join a distribution centre based in Team Valley.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working at pace and being part of a growing operation, including supporting the setup of a new local warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing products from pick sheets to fulfill customer orders

• Packaging parcels and preparing goods for dispatch

• Ensuring stock levels are accurate and reporting any discrepancies

• Working efficiently to meet daily order deadlines

• Assisting with the setup of a new warehouse, including:

  • Organising and relocating stock

  • Carrying out stock checks

  • Moving products between local sites

  • Loading and unloading goods

What We’re Looking For:

• A reliable and hardworking individual

• Ability to work at pace and follow instructions accurately

• A positive attitude and willingness to help where needed

• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential

What’s on Offer:

• Day shift only: 08:30am – 5:30pm

• £12.41 per hour
