Central Employment are delighted to be working a leading Manufacturer of high-performance industrial products. Due to on-going expansion, they are hiring an eCommerce Account Manager to drive new online sales activities, across x 6 prominent eCommerce sites.
£28,000-£35,000 DOE, OTE + benefits and part of a successful family ran business.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce Sales Account Manager to join my clients internal sales team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth order management, accurate pricing, and profitable transactions across our ecommerce channels. You will act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring exceptional service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Oversee incoming orders, ensuring timely processing and dispatch.
- Coordinate stock availability and supplier lead times to meet delivery commitments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ecommerce customers and suppliers
- Serve as the primary contact for queries, updates, and issue resolution.
- Monitor and maintain accurate price levels across platforms.
- Ensure all orders meet profitability targets before processing.
- Raise and manage purchase orders (POs) when required.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Track order performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates to management on account health and profitability.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience in ecommerce account management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of order processing and supply chain coordination.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in MS Office and ecommerce platforms
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
