Central Employment are delighted to be working a leading Manufacturer of high-performance industrial products. Due to on-going expansion, they are hiring a Sales Account Executive to drive new business opportunities within new markets and verticals, with a focus on HVAC heating and ventilation.
£28,000-£35,000 DOE, OTE + benefits and part of a successful family ran business.
This is an internal B2B sales role, however it may lead to be more client facing or field based. Sales Account Executive:
- The role is to build on and extend the company's contacts in the construction sectors in order to expand in this.
- It is fundamentally a business development and relationship oriented role, so it will involve: identifying where opportunities may arise; building relationships with the key people; and then making the sale.
- There will be a lot of help and support in doing this but the person in this role will be the principal point of contact with the customer, potentially at a high level.
What will you need in becoming the successful Sales Account Executive:
- You will be from a B2B sales background, ideally will have managed client and developed new business in the construction and or HVAC sectors
- You will also need the personal skills to build strong relationships and sell their services and the commercial nous to make sure that deals are done on the best terms possible.
- This is a demanding Sales Account Manager role and so it is likely that you will have spent many years in the sector and already be well known amongst at least some of the target customer group.
